Selina is an experienced Registered Nurse and senior healthcare leader with approximately 15 years’ experience in community nursing.
Her experience spans district nursing, clinical leadership, workforce development, clinical governance, quality improvement and the management and education of multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Currently working at senior management level within community healthcare, she has responsibility for a large clinical workforce and extensive experience supporting staff development, reviewing clinical practice, managing clinical risk and implementing quality improvement.
Education has remained one of the most rewarding aspects of Selina’s career. Enhanced Clinical Solutions brings that passion for developing people together with her clinical and leadership experience — helping organisations create knowledgeable teams, stronger practice and safer care.
